By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these terms affects any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
1. Our Products
HOLMA offers jewellery and related products through our online store.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device being used.
Our jewellery is made using the materials stated on each product page. Our current collection is made from 316L stainless steel with 18K PVD gold plating.
All products are subject to availability.
2. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your selected market or checkout.
The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the product, together with any applicable delivery charges and taxes that we are required to collect.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
3. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your cart subject to these Terms & Conditions.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- the product is no longer available;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
- the delivery address cannot be serviced;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of our website or promotions.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cancel, the amount paid will be refunded.
Please check your delivery address, postal code, email address and telephone number carefully before completing your order.
4. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your location.
Payment information is processed through our authorised payment providers. HOLMA does not directly store your full payment-card details.
5. Discount Codes & Promotions
From time to time, HOLMA may offer discount codes, promotional offers or other benefits.
Unless otherwise stated:
- discount codes have no cash value;
- promotional codes must be entered at checkout;
- promotions may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law;
- offers cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders;
- additional conditions may apply to individual promotions.
Our FIRST10 offer provides 10% off eligible products and is limited to one use per customer while the promotion remains active.

International Orders

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless these charges are specifically shown as included or collected during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
HOLMA does not control charges imposed by foreign customs or tax authorities.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from HOLMA can legally be imported into their destination country.
8. Your Right to Cancel an Online Order
Where applicable under Malta and EU consumer law, consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason. MCCAA
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email:
Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You must notify us before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the legally applicable return period.
9. Returning an Item
Returned jewellery should be:
- unworn and unused, except for reasonable inspection;
- returned in its original condition;
- free from damage, marks or signs of wear;
- returned with its HOLMA packaging where reasonably possible.
You may inspect an item in the same way that you reasonably could in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law provides otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted products where they were informed of that obligation before purchase. MCCAA
Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full return instructions.
10. Refunds
Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse eligible payments in accordance with applicable consumer law.
This generally includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered by us. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method do not have to be refunded. MCCAA
Refunds will normally be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
11. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or materially different from its description.
Email:
Please include:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs of the product and, where relevant, the packaging.
Your statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods are separate from your 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right.
Consumers in the EU have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to what was advertised, subject to the applicable consumer-law rules. Remedies can include repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or refund. European Union
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits those statutory rights.
12. Jewellery Care
The lifespan and appearance of jewellery can be affected by how it is worn and cared for.
We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning chemicals and other harsh substances.
Store jewellery in a clean, dry place when it is not being worn.
Please see our Jewellery Care page for further guidance.
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by failure to follow reasonable care instructions is not the same as a manufacturing defect.
13. Website Availability
We aim to keep holmajewellery.com available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
We may temporarily suspend, modify or update parts of the website for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or used without permission except where permitted by law.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, HOLMA is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into or losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
16. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
We use third-party service providers, including Shopify and payment, delivery and technology providers, where necessary to operate our online store and fulfil orders.
Please review our Privacy Policy for further information.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or legal requirements.
The version applying to your order will be the version in effect when your order is placed.
18. Governing Law
