Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Malta and Gozo.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is €5 in Malta and €6 in Gozo.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Once collected by our courier, delivery is usually made on the next business day. During launches and busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Will I be contacted before delivery?
Yes. Our courier may contact you on the day of delivery to confirm your delivery details. You may also receive delivery notifications by email.
What happens if I’m not available for delivery?
A second delivery attempt is included if the first attempt is unsuccessful. Please make sure your contact number and delivery address are correct when placing your order.
What if my jewellery arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@holmajewellery.com with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll help you resolve the issue.
